What FTP client are you using?

For the username/password are you using your email or archive ID?

Can you post the whole FTP log, from start to finish?

All the messages it gives you?

i got it running. i think it had to do with the wondows and macafee firewalls running at the same time. once i turned off windows it started to work. thanks for the help.
